It can make less mouse
It can make less mouse movement and few entries less. But it also makes the whole desktop environment look very wierd and very difficult to use.
They have intresting ideas but some point these goes over the good usability improvement -line and starts being against usability.

For more valuable input it's good to provide some metrics that demonstrate general problems if there are any. I provided three metrics demonstrating advantages (bloat level, required mouse moves, and number of clicks). I also propose to wait for Qt/KDE implementation or even try it yourself.
