Does anyone else notice that kuickshow really was amazingly fast and that gwenview certainly has a lot to gain by borrowing from it?

I miss my sub-second viewer startups..

Thumbnail viewer

I also took the survey - and forgot to mention one thing:
When you place the thumbnail viewer on the bottom of the application, it would be much cooler if the images would be scrolled from right to left, not still from top to bottom.
The Microsoft Windows version of the embedded image viewer realizes in a way what I mean.

And, as I already mentioned, I would prefer the possibility to move the thumbnail viewer to the bottom as well when it is embedded into konqueror.

mistake

i said i didn't use gwenview standalone, but i do - as image viewer of course. when you recieve a pic by mail, or from a-foto (superkaramba theme showing foto's on the desktop).
