as Beineri already says it is used for promotion efforts. Nevertheless perhaps you can ask Jonathan or else visit an event where these cd's are sold.

I don't think that it's possible to buy it, it's meant to be distributed at events.

Or you order some Ubuntu CDs and apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
